As you know from my assemblies and all the activities we do at school, keeping active is really important. It keeps your brain active, it is good for your well-being and it helps to keep you healthy.
Children and young people need to do an average of at least 60 minutes of moderate physical activity a day as well as reduce time sitting down according to NHS advice.
