St Lawrence Primary School operates a Breakfast Club from 7.30am to 8.45am for each day that the school is open. The club is run by qualified adults and all members of staff involved have been fully DBS checked. The club was originally formed to accommodate the needs of families whose work commitments have an impact on domestic arrangements and has proved to be very successful since its introduction in 2005.
The club is situated in our school hall and the children have access to play equipment, games and a range of other activities.
If you are interested in your child attending Breakfast Club please complete the attached registration form and return it to school. Once registered you may use the facility on a regular or an occasional basis.
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure a place. The cost per session from 25th February 2019 will be £4.70 per session when booked and paid for in advance. Payments can be made using electronic childcare vouchers. Please note if you turn up on an ad hoc basis and places are available, you will be charged the ad hoc rate of £6 per session.
The number of available places is based on recommended staff to pupil ratios per the EYFS framework. Current staffing levels allow us to take a maximum of 32 children who have booked in advance, which allows us to organise the appropriate number of staff for the session.
Please see the attached terms and conditions for further information relating to breakfast club charges, registration, booking and payments and other sundry information.
If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
